The Special Interest Groups (SIGs) have been established for the exchange of professional and scientific information related to a specific area in speech and language pathology. These groups offer the Emirates Speech Language Pathology Society members to promote specific professional interests, to develop communication and networking in diverse professional settings.
The Special interest groups are an integral part of the Scientific Committee under the Emirates Speech Language Pathology Society. Each SIG will be headed by a group lead. The Group lead is responsible for directing the members and activities of the special interest group to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
Each special interest group will observe research and programs in action worldwide, and provide insights and reflections to help choose the best topic for the society’s future conferences.
